Brain power- blueberry & Avocado smoothie

A sharp woman with a great sense of humor can conquer the world as far as I am concerened. So when I saw a recipe for "brain power" I immediately jumped at it. Only I tweaked the original recipe a bit to fit my protein and anti- inflammatory needs.

Super easy, and pure love and brain power in one shake.

Blend together:

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • half of an avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 3 cups baby kale
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp powder

Add ice cubes if you like, but I prefer to just add frozen blueberries.

Super yummy!
